Submission Guidelines

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Management and Technology welcomes high-quality, original submissions that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in its fields of focus. Authors are encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.

General Guidelines:

  1. Scope of the Journal
    Submissions must align with the journal's focus areas: artificial intelligence, computer science, management, and technology. Manuscripts outside these areas will not be considered.

  2. Originality
    Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. By submitting, authors confirm their work adheres to the journal's plagiarism policy.

  3. Language
    Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors are responsible for ensuring language quality, and non-native speakers are encouraged to use professional language editing services before submission.

  4. Article Types
    The journal accepts the following types of articles:

    • Research Articles
    • Review Articles
    • Case Studies
  5. Formatting
    Manuscripts should be formatted according to :

    • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size.
    • Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.
    • Spacing: Double-spaced text.
    • References: Use the APA citation style.
  6. Word Count

    • Research Articles: 4,000–7,000 words (excluding references, tables, and figures).
    • Review Articles: Up to 10,000 words.

Manuscript Submission Components:

  1. Title Page

    • Title of the manuscript (clear and concise).
    • Names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors.
    • Corresponding author’s details, including email address and phone number.
    • A declaration of any conflicts of interest.
  2. Abstract
    A structured abstract of 200–300 words summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Include 4–6 keywords relevant to the study.

  3. Main Manuscript
    The main document should include:

    • Introduction
    • Literature Review (if applicable)
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  4. Figures and Tables
    Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and included at the end of the manuscript or uploaded as separate files. Ensure captions are clear and descriptive.

  5. Supplementary Material
    Additional files, such as datasets, appendices, or multimedia content, can be submitted as supplementary material.

Submission Process:

  1. Online Submission
    Authors must submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission portal at Journal Website only. Submissions via email are not accepted.

  2. Registration
    First-time users must register on the submission platform before submitting their manuscript.

  3. Submission Fees
    The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC), details of which are provided on the journal's website.

  4. Confirmation
    Upon successful submission, authors will receive an acknowledgment email with a unique tracking number.

Ethical Considerations:

  1. Authorship
    All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the manuscript. Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines, including those on authorship and data integrity.

  2. Conflict of Interest
    Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

  3. Research Ethics
    Studies involving human or animal subjects must include an ethics statement, including approval from an institutional review board (IRB).

Review and Decision Process:

  1. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review.
  2. Decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) will be communicated to authors within 4–8 weeks.
  3. Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified timeline provided in the decision letter.

Post-Acceptance:

  1. Accepted manuscripts will undergo professional editing and formatting.
  2. Authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.
